Evening Bubbly at the Groceries

So picture this ... Last night me and my rommate go the grocery store next door to recycle bottles and get bubbly water. After a hefty profit of 3 bucks worth in beer bottles and the gathering water bottles filled with bubbles we make our way to the express check out. To our surprise in front of us is a couple of most likelly "very descent revenu" with a basket of bubbles in bottles of their own. But then of the two litre format with sugar mixed in and I have to tilt my hat to that, a grocery cart full of the damm stuff on special. There must be at lest 20 in there !! So as we walk by I speak my mind quite clearly for all who are near to hear...in the following to my roomate: "SO THIS IS THE 8 ITEMS CHECK OUT RIGHT ?" What do I get for my trouble, a berrely motiçable head tilt I might have imagined from the man holding the bounty of bubbly Pepsi. Anywho, we wait and wait while the wife is texting on her hand held palm until finally after minutes of glareing at them indirecly they turn comes. The cashier gives them one quick glare followed by a wide smile. As the post scanner grocery area begins overflowing with pepsi bottles it becomes increasingly hard to keep a straight face. What with the wife first requesting plastic bags and the pricing for each and then changing her mind as the totally wipped husband unloads the merchandise into the eager cashier hands and blinking pricing scanner. Personally I could't refrain from commenting on the possible state of war we might be entering. Could they have been tipped off before hand !?

"That will be 29$ please"

If any of you are keeping count. That's 0.93$ a pop for a total of 31 Bubbly Pepsi Bottles !!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !

Juin pis pieds à terre

Hey Hey !!

So last week-end ce fut un ptit détour dans le patlin d'origine. Passé le week-end les deux mains dans la bonne terre a empoté et cercler les mauvaises herbes ainsi que taille des ptits arbustes. Les rosiers ont trouvé l hiver dure en maudis. Pire mon berberis adoré fut réduit a une pogné de feuilles... bouhououououu. Mais dans l espris du "verre d eau a moitier plein" LOL, mes pots dans le patlin sont remplis de fleurs et j'en ai même eu suffisament pour innitier dla verdure en fleurs sur le balcon à l'appartement de retour en ville. Yeaaaa ! Réussi à prendre une ptit broue avec Nic et Isa. Cool leurs patio chauffant sans courant ! Du genre slabe de ciment moulé, patio, qui absorbe la chaleur et la re-distribue une fois le soleil tombé. Very nice.

Oh et devinez qui est passé ramasser quelques trucs à la maison alors qu'il retournait au bureau apres une course dans le cartier ... Ce avec le véhicule de compagnie bien sûr...

So here is the deal, since "LastFM" won't let me play music without charging me on my website and blog no more.... (Well aside from sharing my most recent "listened too songs") I have come up with a way to get my love of cartoons and music wrapped up together into a neat little player. Copyrights aside, thanks to the various authors that took the time to make these little jewels of entertainment possible for the rest us to enjoy.

Vindicated Recursant Childhood

Another week-end another lazy Sunday. Can t go wrong with "the classics". Sleep, eat, music and browse the web. Oh and according to my latest torrent estimate, only 7 days t'il the Lego Star Wars II game is mine. All mine ... mouahahaha !! Soon I shall be vindicated for playing with lego bricks once more... yesss... 27 year old vindicated to play Lego... most excellent ....
