Second, if you are going heading to mirabelle for example out of Descarie, stay on the left, dont start left, then head right, then middle, back to the left, centre and left again #$%#@%@#%@#%^#$%^ !!! PICK one you short sighted morning drivers or get glasses. As I recall, "Lens Crafter" are having a 2 for one sale theise days.

Third, if you are going to be respecting the speed limit, at least pretend to use the right lane and not the left passing lane. There is a reason why driving ed nicknamed this lane THE PASSING LANE ! Non mais je reve !

Fourth, don t break when the light is green. I have yet to understand this dayly event on cote vertue and th ramp to Descarrie where people stop when the light turns green... Am I missing something here ? Perhaps a Montreal thing where drivers stop on green and turn without any lights on the car or at home for that matter. I CAN SEE YOU dammit, no point in hidding below the stirring wheel or on the backseat. Hell I could prob steal that Tim Horton coffee right out of your hands if I rolled down my window.

Finally, take my word on this, do NOT follow montreal road signs. Get a map, drops peebles on your way to get back home if you must, Heck ask. In all instances, I have ony seen such screwed sign directions in New Jersey when heading in or out of NY

Update on recently added entries. No make that past entries added to recents ones, wait .. heee , whaaa ?

I did it !!!! just added entries that used to be hosted on msn space / blog before I lost it and erased the whole thing. Well minus the back up copy I kept up my sleeve. héhéhéhé. So 2006 all the way to 2008 and the current minus the times were I actualy crawled out of my humble above to face the elements. It could only be UPS. Indeed, after a few trials an error I do believe I have now an effecient route to work and back without the Henri Bourassa rush hour mess nor the scenic highway route that drops me off on St-Jacque. It only required that I stuff myself with poutine at Paulo and Suzzanne and shop for the second DVD Box set of SG Atlantis in the appropiraite compagny in order to secure the current route. A route mind you that bypass most of the traffic and drops me off swiftly on descarie, ni vue ni connue. The "executive bypass" I cresent thee !! gnagnagnagna

anger managment

Discovered an interesting way of blowing up some steam after driving around at 40 km for an hour or so in traffic and crooked paths in Montreal. Shoveling yourself a parking spot cause the city is too lazy to clean it s streets !! Feels good. Better yet, soon as you move someone will gladly STEAL it from you and then you ll have the chance to re-do it all over again. YEA !!!! Seriously doh, nice weather tonight to play in the snow and carve a parking spot any self respecting car driver should do. though I 'll admit not easy to dig your way in with the car blocking the street. That is unless you got a four wheel Subaru Impreza ! Mouahahahahahaha

2 hours and a few smitterings

So ... to get to work this morning with the car, 20 - 25 min instead of 55 min via the usual public transport. Getting back tonight in the snow storm, 2 hours and a few smitterings. Or if your prefer about 4 music CD and songs picked at random from mixed CDs. Yaaaaaa I was glad to get back home tonight... Crappy Montreal drive ways !!

Donc mon auto, aka "la bête" , "l'Imprezza", "Ze Car", "My Precious" est partie quoi qu un peu le souffle court samedi dernier apres diner. Étant donnée qu elle était garé un peu loin de mon appartement je décide de la rapprocher, aka je la place dans la ruelle adjacente a mon bloc. Pour ceux qui l'ignore cette même ruelle est une débarquadaire pour la SAQ et le remorquage est sans pré-avis et a nos frais .... ETK je remonte donc en haut histoire de placotter avec ma coloc et ses parents en visite et prendre une tasse de thé bien méritée. 45 min plus tard je redescent avec tout mon ptit grément a ma voiture, tourne la clée lorsque soudain !!!!!! Nada, na pas, l osti de char part pas #$%#@%?@?#%$?#$TWF#$RV !!!! NON mais WTF !!! D'ici dela je me renseigne sur les bris possible qui pourraient expliquer ma situation actuelle et le concensus général apres nombre de tentative avec le car booster est qu il s agit de mon starter. A ce point dla journée yé trop tard pour me caller un rendez vous chez le mechanicient soo je met sa de coté d'ici demain matin.

Dimanche matin je me lève et commence a faire des téléphons seulement pour découvrir que les garages par icitte sont pas ouvert le dimanche. Sooo une autre journée avec le char dans la débarquadaire de la SAQ. Je tente de nouveau un boost... sans succès. Donc je passe une partie dla journée a vérifier ci mon char a été remorqué ou pas. Fun times .... Enfin bref un dodo plus tard je me reveille et commence a appeler les garages, 325$ pour un nouveau car starter chez un garage incluent la main d oeuvre et 360$ à l'autre. Rajoute a sa les frais de remorquage pis ont arrondis a proche 400$ Tbarna !! So je décide de y aller avec celui qui m inspire le plus confiance apres une ptite negociation je le ramene de 360$ a 319$. Je call une remorque flat bed pour mon Impreza 4 patte et attend. Attend ... attend ... c long .... c long .... M ont dis qu ils passeraient dans les 2 heures qui suivent a partir de 8 et quelques moment ou j ai réservé une pick up pour mon auto. 11:00 je rappelle , laisse un message. 12:15 je les contactes encors et ils me parlent maintenant d un pick up vers les 1:30 2 pm .... Calisssssssss. Call le bureau pour la seconde fois pour les avertirs que mon retard va maintemant s échelonner sur l apres midi au complet itou. A 2:30 je laisse un autre message et un peu passé 3 pm il se pointe finalement.

Le gars arrive, identifie le problem comme étant de la batterie et sort sont kite a booster. Marche pas non plus. j'offre alors le mien et nous combinons les deux ensembles. Marche toujours pas. So le remorqueur call le CAA QC et estime un autre 45 min pour avoir du service..... Vers les 4 pm le Gars du CAA se pointe, seulement entre temps un véhicule c'est parqué entre mon auto et la rue et donc CAA n ont plus accès a mon véhicule pour un boost de moteur a moteur. ÇA VA BIN !! Lui il sort sont kit a booster qui god willing marche cette fois. Évidament il ne prend pas Mastercard ou Interact pour le boost qui me charge à 45$ so je vais a la banque du coin avec lui pour aller chercher du cash. Mon char commence a sortir de sa torpeur et 20 min plus tard je localise le proprio du char qui bloque ma sortie. Un employé de la SAQ. Donc je me dirrige maintenenant vers le Canadian Tire pour obtenir une nouvelle batterie. Semble que celle sous mon hood était une 2002 tout comme mon bolide et qu elle était maintenent passé date pis pas a peu près. J embarque ma coloc pour la ride et on arrive au Canadian Tire a 4:40 Pm. La il semble que le garagiste est en pause jusqu a 6 pm pour sont souper.....

Donc au lieux de niaser 1:30 de temps je vais reconduire ma coloc a l'appart et reviend sur mes pas au Canadian Tire pour la Réparation. Ha oui j 'oubliais premier arriver premier servis dans le garage et donc meme ci les papiers sont remplis pour 5 pm ci un zigoto se pointe avec sont char entre temps il passe avant moi semble t il. Pas sur d etre en accord avec le principe mais bon. Je me tappe le magasin a 3 , 4 reprises en attendent 6:30 et mon remplacement de batterie. Finallement un peu avant 7 pm mon bolide est fin prêt et je décaliss de la avec une nouvelle batterie garantie.
